Clare CrouchMy role covers a multitude of disciplines including the day-to-day running of the office, allocating projects to designers, estimating and scheduling projects and client liaison.

I spend a lot of my time having project meetings and informal catch-ups with clients.  We like to work as an extension of our clients team so regular contact via telephone, email and face to face is important to us and highly valued by our clients. I work using Creative Suite, have a very keen eye for detail, proof-reading and accuracy. Once a design is in place I work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

I have gained skills in website building using software including Dreamweaver, HTML 5, Fireworks, Flash and WordPress. I work alongside the designers and clients to ensure the designs can be adapted for web and then build the websites. On larger web projects I work with external agencies to build bespoke Content Management System (CMS) led projects including message boards, online shopping and blogs.  I then use the CMS to build and maintain sites for clients.

Clare and the team at hrscreative have been incredible helpful and creative with several different projects. They were recommended to me by a colleague and with the limited briefs I have given, they have turned around some fantastic designs and often in a super quick time. I will certainly use hrscreative again!

Away from work, I’m married to Roger, involved with Cliffe Bonfire Society, bit of a gym bore, enjoy going to the movies and won’t turn down a glass of wine if offered (hence the gym bore)!!!
